Dr. Neel is licensed as
a psychologist and certified as a Health Services Provider -
Psychologist (HSP-P) - by the North Carolina Psychology Board. She is
also a Nationally Certified School Psychologist. Dr. Neel is a certified
sex therapist by the American Board of Christian Sex Therapists and the
American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors and Therapists.
Dr. Neel believes that "Life always provides us with
new opportunities for growth that we often mistakenly label as
problems". Her approach in therapy is to address "the roadblocks that
inhibit growth". Normal coping mechanisms that worked in the past may
not be working effectively in the present. |
