Hina received her BA in Microbiology from the University of Florida and her Masters in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She is an active member of the Women’s Health Section of the American Physical Therapy Association, National Vulvadynia Association, International Pelvic Pain Society, and is currently participating in a research study for Interstitial Cystitis through the National Institute of Health.

    Ms. Fleagle works with women who have a pelvic floor disorder. This includes urinary/fecal incontinence; vaginal prolapse; and pelvic pain disorders. Treatment may include: patient education in diet and self-care, bladder/bowel re-training, autonomic quieting, exercise, biofeedback, and manual therapy techniques when indicated.     The Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation Program at Good Shepherd Penn Partners(GSPP) Penn Therapy and Fitness offers a variety of treatment options for those with symptoms of a pelvic floor disorder.Physical therapy treatment; includes an evaluation of the pelvic floor and associated muscles and structures, including biofeedback. The therapist will develop a comprehensive treatment plan; in order to help control the urge to urinate, improve and control unwanted loss of urine/stool, control frequent urination, improve constipation of stool or reduce pain in the pelvic region. Treatment may include:
    • Biofeedback training
    • Dilator training
    • Education on dietary changes
    • Electrical stimulation
