Receiving Cunnilingus Receiving cunnilingus: first and foremost focus on yourself. It is your turn to simply receive pleasure. If it feels good, tell your partner. If there are certain things you like, communicate the ideas with your partner. Your only job is to offer honest feedback. Remember, no one gives oral sex because it tastes good. People give oral sex because they a) want to make you feel good and b) they enjoy being in control. They derive pleasure from being in control of your body. Thus, feedback helps to teach them how to be in control of your body. Another way to facilitate your partner’s success at pleasuring you is by doing your own form of stimulation: kegeling throughout the entire time you are receiving cunnilingus. Continually squeezing your PC muscles not only increases the blood flow to the genital regions, but keeps your mind focused on the genital sensations that you are experiencing. Lastly, keep your legs flexed. Flexing your legs forces your pelvis to tilt forward, thus increases the tension in your genitalia and puts your body into a better position for your partner to stimulate you.
