Sexual Boredom: do you feel sexually bored? Are you tired of the same routine in bed? Do you wish your partner would try touching you in a more creative way? If this is you, you are not alone. Many lovers get stuck in a sexual rut.

Things you can do to break the cycle of boredom:

  • Talk sexy with your partner
  • Play the A-B game
  • Get creative by enhancing your sexual communication skills (which is a series of exercies)
  • Try the following sex positions (SP)
  • Use a blindfold (B)
  • Mirror your partner (just like you did as children, where you mimic whatever the other person does)
  • Change your kissing style
  • Experiment with the type of pressure you use to touch your partner
  • Engage in erotica (E)
  • Evoke fantasy (read our fantasy tips)
  • Instead of beginning by kissing, then breast play, genital play and ending in intercourse... begin with genital play, move to breast stimulation, then kissing, then ear stimulation and back to intercourse. In other words change the order
  • Try anal play (AP)
  • Attend a S&M ball together
  • Try swinging
  • Go to your local bookstore and read sex books with your partner and then talk about what you just read. What did you like, dislike, want to try etc.
  • more tips on improving sexual performance (T)
